Refined for your individual needs!
ADHD Coaching combines various coaching and life skill teachings with valuable, ADHD-specific pathways and strategies. Adopting particular strategies to fit your needs can allow you to maximise your potential in all areas of your life.
For those who have been diagnosed with ADHD.
We want you to know that there is an option that will complement medication intervention, allowing you to increase and maximise your potential in ALL areas of your life!
Introducing ADHD Coaching.
An ADHD coach will take a holistic approach to any issues and your life and life goals. They do not base things on a structured framework but rather on your strengths, weaknesses and goals.
You call the shots during sessions.
Your coach will help you to delve into your passions, future goals and aspirations. You determine what you would like to work on, and your coach will advise. They will join you as you progress forward in the face of any potential issues/obstacles that a diagnosis of ADHD may bring about.
It’s not like ordinary ‘therapy’.
There is an emphasis on self-discovery throughout the entire coaching process – in all areas of your life – It is an entirely holistic approach that aims to uncover your capabilities, unlock your confidence and pinpoint any potential growth areas.
The medication works, but it’s not the only answer.
The availability of pharmacological interventions that help combat attentional difficulties is effective, but you could reduce/prevent reliance on these measures by developing and strengthening practical skills to be confident to take on anything life throws at you!
You will never stop using it.
Building up valuable life skills (ADHD-specific) will be of exceptional benefit throughout your life. You can be prepared for many of life’s curveballs by learning particular skills, putting them into practice and recognise any progress. Your coach will be there to cheer you on and lend a helping hand when needed!
