This is an example of a Titration Schedule of Vyvanse at Voix. This is an example only. Titration schedules will vary from patient to patient and will be discussed with you during the consultations.

Vyvanse medication requires a specific titration schedule, which needs to be closely supervised by the prescribing clinician. Starting any medication could be unsettling and uncertain.

  1. Start with 15 mg - half of the prescribed 30 mg capsule - for about three days. If there are no side effects or other problems with Vyvanse, Note - the Vyvanse capsule could be opened and mixed with any fluids. You can drink half of this solution and leave another half in the fridge until the next day.
  2. If you have no problems with half of the 30 mg capsule you may start taking the full capsule - 30 mg - for another 3-4 days.
  3. subsequently, the process can be repeated, and the dose increased to 45 mg - one and a half capsules for another four days until the desired effect is reached.
  4. in some situations, the dose may need to be further increased to 60 mg - two capsules.

Please get in touch with us via VoixBit if you experience any side effects or have any concerns about this medication - in particular, any cardiovascular complications (heart palpitations, irregular heartbeats or similar problems), increase in agitation and anxiety, excessive moodiness, which the reactive distress cannot directly explain, disruption to sleep and appetite.

The purpose of this titration schedule is the evaluation of the safety parameters (side effects and tolerability) of Vyvanse, not its final efficacy. This will be worked out during your treatment.
