Rescheduling appointments

Can't come on a chosen date? No worries, here's how to reschedule your appointment.

Life can be unpredictable for the users of the Voix services and the members of the Voix clinical team. 

You can request to reschedule your appointment by sending us a message via VoixBot. We also here to assist you via email hello@voix.com.au. 

If the rescheduling happens on our part (it does happen!), we will communicate with you and inform you about the changes to our availability. We can use an online booking system to find the most convenient time for you, or our admin staff will assist you in this process. We could also utilise scheduled calls to work out the best options. 

Please note that we need no less than 48-hour notice about rescheduling appointments or, in the case of Mondays - notice on Friday morning, before lunch (the latest) - which will allow us to allocate your time to other patients on the cancellation list ... which unfortunately always have. We try to accommodate all patients, but this is not always possible due to the lack of time.
