How to send us your referral?

Step 1  

Access our VoixBot and learn about our services 

Step 2

If you have a referral from your General Practitioner or another medical practitioner - please upload it to our system. This referral will be stored on a secure server until we can review it. We will endeavour to get back to you within two working days.

Step 3

Our clinical Team will review the referral. Our response will depend on the capacity to accommodate a large volume of referrals, the availability of a suitable clinician and accessibility to the resources required explicitly to your needs. 

The timing of clinical response is crucial for you. If you require more urgent clinical care, please seek assistance through your General Practitioner and other emergency services.
