For existing patients:
- Please arrange a follow-up appointment immediately after seeing the therapist to ensure the continuity of care
- You can use our online booking system via HealthEngine, integrated with our clinical diaries.
- You can also arrange a follow-up appointment via VoixBot - "Leave us a message" or "Request follow-up appointment"
Please note - follow-up appointments are crucial to maintaining consistent and confidential communication. Any emails, voice messages, phone calls or text messages will not be able to replace a consistent opportunity to reflect on your progress and your clinical needs.
For new patients
- Please follow the referral process on our online VoixBot, which is the backbone of our administrative support.
- The first appointment cannot be scheduled online via Health Engine or any other online booking systems
- The referral letter needs to be reviewed first before Voix can offer clinical services - our decision is based on the availability of clinical staff and the suitability of our clinical and non-clinical services
- Our reception staff will provide the first appointment at a time suitable for you and discuss with you our options.
- Together with the first appointment, they will also suggest a follow-up meeting to ensure that there is a defined framework for finalising the initial assessment after reviewing all the clinical information.
Our team will try to respond to referrals as soon as practical and possible.
