What if I can’t make an appointment? 

Notice at least 48 hours before an appointment is needed if you want to change your appointment.  To give this notice, phone reception at time from Monday to Friday. Messages sent through email or on the weekend will not be accepted.  Fee fees will apply if these rules are not followed, and the appointment is missed. 

What if I’m running late? 

They will then suggest whether you must reschedule (with fees applicable) or if you can attend for a shorter appointment. If you attend late, your appointment will end at the time originally scheduled. This means the next patient will not be negatively affected.  

Who will see my information? 

We will keep your information confidential. As necessary, only your treating psychiatrist and authorized personnel from the practice can access this information. We will disclose your information in the following events: 

  • If a court subpoenas it; or 
  • If failing to disclose the information would, in your psychiatrist's opinion, place you or someone else at risk of harm; or 
  • Any other legal requirements
