<p>Notice at least 48 hours before an appointment is needed if you want to change your appointment.&nbsp; To give this notice, phone reception at time from Monday to Friday. Messages sent through email or on the weekend will not be accepted.&nbsp; Fee fees will apply if these rules are not followed, and the appointment is missed.&nbsp;</p>
<h3>What if I’m running late?&nbsp;</h3>
<p>They will then suggest whether you must reschedule (with fees applicable) or if you can attend for a shorter appointment. If you attend late, your appointment will end at the time originally scheduled. This means the next patient will not be negatively affected.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<h3>Who will see my information?&nbsp;</h3>
<p>We will keep your information confidential. As necessary, only your treating psychiatrist and authorized personnel from the practice can access this information. We will disclose your information in the following events:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>If a court subpoenas it; or&nbsp;</li>
<li>If failing to disclose the information would, in your psychiatrist's opinion, place you or someone else at risk of harm; or&nbsp;</li>
<li>Any other legal requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
