Everything to know before our first meeting

How will I get in touch?

Our receptionists will rely on the VoixBot - a robust Chatbot for all administrative processes.

VoixBot will ensure reliable and timely responses to all clinical and non-clinical matters which could arise during your involvement with Voix. This is the best way to get hold of and communicate with us. It will also allow us to track your concerns and requests consistently so they are addressed promptly to your satisfaction.

Please note that VoixBot DOES NOT store any personal and clinical data. If such information is required, you will be seamlessly transferred to our in-house secure and confidential forms accessible only to our staff.

We would be very grateful for your feedback and suggestions on how we could further improve the system of supporting you and responding to all inquiries.

Scheduling calls would be more efficient for accessing our services as they are more predictable and beneficial than random phone calls.

The booking system will automatically generate SMS reminders about upcoming commitments, and our call/meeting scheduling system (electronic diary) will keep you informed about other bookings.

With your consent, we may occasionally email, phone and/or text message you to communicate with you directly at your discretion and the availability of our Team.

What to do before my meeting?

See your GP regularly. They can monitor your condition and are essential to your clinical support team.

Your referring GP will be informed about the outcome of our first meeting (summary and a reply to the initial referral) and will be updated about follow-up sessions. The scope of this information will be discussed with you and released with your consent.

I need someone to talk to before the meeting and between the sessions

If you need someone to talk to, use these services, as they are all available 24/7

If your crisis is urgent

Do one of the following:

  1. Call 000; or
  2. Present to your nearest Emergency Department

Then contact someone to tell them you are in crisis and have taken one of the above steps. Ask someone to stay with you if you are waiting for an ambulance.
