Meet Emma, an experienced senior Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting neurodivergent youth and young adults. With a career spanning eight countries across four continents, Emma brings a global perspective, clincal excellence, and a compassionate approach to her work.

Emma interest areas include:

  • Supporting individuals with late-diagnosis autism
  • Mental health integration for neurodivergent individuals
  • Sensory processing and nervous system regulation
  • Holistic approaches to executive functioning
  • Strengths-based skill development

Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, working closely with young people and their families to develop practical, personalised strategies that respect individual neurological differences. Rather than focusing on challenges, Emma empowers neurodivergent individuals to embrace their unique strengths and build confidence.

Outside of Voix, Emma enjoys nature, swimming, and cooking dishes inspired by her global travels. She also stays closely connected with her university-aged children in the UK.

Emma’s specialised knowledge, international experience, and genuine dedication make her an invaluable addition to the Voix team, guiding young people toward greater independence and self-understanding.
