Cancelling an appointment

Life is not always predictable, and there will be cancellations too. 

Our bookings are usually scheduled long in advance. All our users prefer fixed appointments rather than ad hoc meetings. 

You can cancel your appointment online via VoixBot (preferable option) or by emailing us at hello@voix.com.au. We will reflect your request in our diaries. 

We would be grateful if cancellations happened more than 48 hours before the scheduled date or before weekends (before midday of the preceding Friday) for Monday's appointments. This would allow us to reorganise our diaries and make the times available for other users. 

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours on weekdays and weekend cancellations for Monday sessions) do not give the other patients and us enough time to adjust our schedules, hence the reason for the 50% cancellation fee (not a full fee as it is usually the case in other medical services). 

Please note that there is no Medicare rebate for the cancellation fee.
